Johns Manville Peak Advantage Pinnacle Council 2023

Johns Manville Peak Advantage® Contractors earn membership in the Pinnacle Council® through a combination of quality workmanship and annual installed system squares. JM Peak Advantage Contractors receive exclusive access to a variety of services, from technical support to online guarantee management. These services can expand their product and installation knowledge and can also assist in increasing productivity and putting them in a stronger competitive position. As members rise through the
program levels, they earn access to expanded and priority services from JM. By achieving Pinnacle Council
status, they have obtained one of the most elite recognitions within the commercial roofing industry.

Master Contractor

Firestone-licensed contractors annually earn Master Contractor status by accumulating Quality Points for achieving exceptional inspection ratings on Firestone Red Shield™ warranted roofing system installations. High-quality workmanship and a commitment to long-term roofing system performance are the attributes of a Firestone Master Contractor. This award recognizes the owners of its top achieving contractor firms in North America and Latin America who meet the criteria for determining the best of the best. Double 'D' Roofing & Sheet Metal was also named a Firestone Master Contractor Hall of Fame inductee in its inception in 2017 and proudly holds that standing through today. 

President’s Club is awarded to the top 1% of Master Contractors earning them the most esteemed
designation in the commercial roofing industry. This was established to recognize contractors who
significantly exceed the minimum points needed to qualify for Master Contractor.

Inner Circle of Quality

The Firestone Inner Circle of Quality Award is one of the most prestigious honors in the commercial roofing industry. It is awarded to Master Contractors who install:

• Minimum of eight warranted roofs in each of the last 5 years.
• Maintain at least two (2) million square feet under warranty.
• Achieve an annual QIR of 1.0 or less.
• Achieve Master Contractor Status.
